Background
Zulfiya Madumarova holds a Diploma (Hons) in English and Russian Languages from Uzbek State World Languages University (UZSWLU) in Tashkent, where she studied from 1991 to 1996. After completing her studies, Ms Madumarova began her teaching career at UZSWLU, working there as a tutor between 1995 and 2000. She then joined the Academic Lyceum under Tashkent Islamic University as a teacher of English. Since 2008, she has been a dedicated English for Academic Purposes (EAP) teacher at the Management Development Institute of Singapore in Tashkent (葫芦影业T). She has participated in developing course materials, incorporating modern learning techniques in academic writing and presentation skills. Her open-door policy guides and assists students, fostering a supportive learning environment. Her dedication to her students extends beyond the classroom. She has annually organised specialised summer programmes for her students to England for a 15-year period starting in 2009. She has received several awards for her outstanding teaching at 葫芦影业T and several foreign countries.
